These specifications define the performance requirements for an excellent decorative finish with exterior thermosetting polyester powder coating over dull metal substrates. The powder coating shall provide good initial appearance with excellent durability and corrosion resistance. WSK-M2P141-A1 For parts primarily visible and subject to severe weathering and corrosion. Especially for parts subject to excessive impact damage where edge burr also bracket, recess, and protrusion electrostatic shielding needs to be overcome. eg; steel bumpers. WSK-M2P141-A2 For parts primarily visible and subject to severe weathering and corrosion. Especially for parts with rounded edges subject to excessive wear and impact damage. eg; door handles. WSK-M2P141-A3 For parts primarily visible and required to match in colour other adjacent parts. Especially for parts with rounded edges yet subject to severe weathering, corrosion, and impact damage. eg; steel bumpers in body colour.
